This is for a pageant, I am doing a speeded up version of last years tap dance.Tons of twirls, jumping, and spining.

I am wearing a red flapper dress with a feather clips attached to my head.

go for a bun, maybe a few soft ringlets on the sides. but if you leave part down, it will be flying in your face. it will also distract from your routine. the flapper style dress will give you enough movement. you don't need your hair competing... i'm guessing from this question, you talked yourself into going?!?!?! good luck and congrats!!
