I'm studying hairdressing at college and HATE perming because of the stupid rubber bands on the rods. I've seen rods with separate parts that clip over the hair and I think that would make my life a lot easier but have no idea where to get them. Any help would be great.
Clip Perm Rods (NO RUBBERS)?
as you are studying you are permitted to buy from wholesalers (which the public cannot buy from - only business owners or students.)
go to a beauty/hair wholesalers - ask your tutor for your course for the location of ones near to you.
